I usually wear 9 or 9 1/2. I ended up with this shoe in a size 9 1/2. I needed a shoe with style, support & comfort for an up coming trip where I will be doing a great deal of walking This shoe in the snake skin color is perfect. The arch support is excellent. I also purchased from Amazon the secondskin no show socks to wear with these slip-ones. I use an old fashion shoehorn to put the shoe on over the very thin socks. Once on, you can't see the socks, they are comfortable & absorbent. Some reviewers don't like the white sides but I live in Florida & will wear them more not being all black. I do occasionally wipe down the white sides-they clean up without difficulty.
