The shoes are great but the insole is just a piece of foam. You can feel every little stone you step on. I took it out and replaced it with inserts that I chose for myself, and they are wonderful.Bought this shoes last minute to take it to my home country as it was a rainy season there. Worked like a charm and kept my feet dry. Only thing I wished was if I had gotten a half size bigger as it is difficult to put on and off. Other than that no regrets and it looks good on your feet too.I walked around a Totem village on a cool damp day and my feet were warm dry and comfortable. They fit perfectly and looked great on my feet with jeans, sweatshirt and a jacket!! So glad I purchased them for my trip because when we were walking around my feet were warm!!!Comfortable right out of the box. I am a 7.5 and the 7.5 fit perfectly!Great shoes. They’re super comfy and stylish. I’d absolutely buy these in other colors.I bought these shoes for a trip to Alaska, and I was not disappointed. These kept my feet perfectly dry as we walked/hiked in the rain, and the shoes were also very comfortable and warm. My friends spent twice as much on their shoes, but mine were just as good. Something is off with the right shoes. I feel like i’m stepping on “something”. These do not feel the the sorel quality i’m used to. I feel likeAre these authentic?Upon closer inspection, i noticed that the sole is a bit “padded”. The rubber glue is off.I really love then but this is not sorel quality. Super torn if i’d keep or return. Only the right shoe is offI am so sad that this shoe stopped living up to it's potential after only 6 weeks. It is so comfortable and stylish, however, after less that 6 weeks the shoe is not waterproof anymore and the seam has come detached. My socks are now soaked if I wear them. The month I had to return it has passed and I am 2 weeks shy of being to get a replacement pair. This is so disappointing. DO NOT BUY THIS. I was ready to get a second pair in another colour and glad I didn't.I was in need of a good waterproof shoe. I didn't want a hiking boot.. and when I started looking for possible options, I was inundated with Vessi waterproof shoe ads. Out of principle, I did not want a pair of Vessi shoes!! These Sorel shoes are perfect. I have walked in the rain a few times with them, and my feet were dry. The opening is a bit tight to get my feet in, but I just loosen the laces down a few notches, and on we go. They look great and I haven't had any soreness. I highly recommend them. I take a size 6.5 and that's what I ordered. I'm very happy.Not suitable for narrow foot. Footbed across the toe are is very wide. Also, from the top view, they are not attractive. They look great from the side, but from the top view they look like moon shoes. I think they would have been comfortable though. I was disappointed
